Damaged and obstructed pavements

 

 

I wrote to you on 14th December 2006 about these matters and we received an acknowledgement of receipt dated 29th December .

 

 

We have not yet, however, received a substantive reply to our questions. We would like to give our members some response to their concerns at our next meeting on 7th March and therefore hope you will be able to provide answers prior to that.

 

 

West Leigh Residents Association has always been keen to have a constructive dialogue with Southend Borough Council. I feel that this long delay is now becoming unacceptable.
